Part A : The 30 day plan for unleashing the "New You"

Statistics reveal a very sad fact: Over 80% of people who buy a self-help book barely read it beyond the first chapter. What a tragic waste this is? Imagine the millions of books published each year ending up in the waste-paper basket.

In this context, you are to be congratulated for staying on for the full course. It’s unreasonable for me to expect you to have absorbed every detail by now. In fact, Even if you can use 30-40% of all the wealth of information presented in the last 7 weeks, I’ll consider my mission a success. Of course, you can always come back to this course if you feel you need some "rechanging" at any time in your life. Make this a companion, and it will serve you well.

Anyway, we will end our journey with a plan for the next 30 days. This plan will try to cover all the areas we have covered so far. Of course, you may want to change the schedule as per your circumstances and convenience. There will be two parts of this plan. The first will be common to all people, and the second will be tailor made for each person.

  1. For the next 30 days :
    1. Continue with your morning questions (Unit 2).
    2. Eat 70% water rich foods (Unit 3).
    3. Do the deep dreathing exercises (Unit 3).
    4. Make a financial plan on the basis of all your research; a kind of a financial to-do list (Unit 4).
    5. Plan an outing with your partner each week (Unit 5).
  2. Now, go through the following list of exercises, and cross out the ones which are not of any particular interest to you at the moment. Next rank the remaining in order of their importance or need to you. (1 for most imprtant)

For the next 30 days practise one of these exercises each day in order of the importance to you.
